Happy Friday, everyone. “Happiness” is a tricky word. Sometimes it’s heard as something unserious, as something like “feeling good”. Other times it feels like an unrealistically high bar. And what does it even mean? What does happiness look like? It’s a timeless question, which means it’s a difficult question.
